Husqvarna 350 has been a problem

Husqvarna 350 has been a problem since purchased new.
Out of the box saw ran poorly. Took in under warranty and was told it was bad gas despite my protests. Took home and started and still sounded funny, turned off and was unable to restart. Returned to warranty dealer: Motor/carb replaced.
Started and sound great after this. Ran for short period of time when muffler fell off damaging female threads and plastic body of saw.
I have a Homelite 14″ saw purchased in 1987 that still works like a cham ..
